Expand Studio provides professional services as described on the Site (for example product engineering, automation, and growth marketing). Specific engagements are governed by separate written agreements where applicable.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, or use automated means to scrape or overload our systems without permission.

Content on the Site (including text, graphics, and branding) is owned by Expand Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, except as allowed by law.

The Site and any information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Expand Studio and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us for the specific matter giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

You agree to defend and indemnify Expand Studio against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Expand Studio operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
